Franki Gonzalez started her Real Estate career in 2009 and has seen the market change drastically over the years. She has extensive expertise in all market conditions, from foreclosures and short sales to the current multiple offer situations. As agent for buyers, sellers and/or relocation, new construction and custom homes, she has closed properties all over Central Florida with over 300 transactions. In 2019 Franki expanded her real estate scope by obtaining her Broker’s license.

Being passionate about real estate, Franki loves every minute of helping her clients navigate and understand their real estate transactions from start to finish. Her philosophy is finding the home that her clients will walk into and love.
